The Path Keepers Program

How It Works

How the Path Keepers Program Works

Path Keepers is designed to be simple, structured, and parent-led.
You don’t need any prior experience — just around 10 minutes a day and the willingness to learn alongside your child.

This page explains exactly what happens once you get started.

Step 1: Get Started

Once you join, you’ll receive access to the Path Keepers members’ area, where all lessons and resources are clearly organised.

You’ll also be offered a one-to-one online call to help you get set up, answer questions, and make sure the program fits your child and your family.

Step 2: Follow a Simple Structure

The program is organised into short, easy-to-follow lessons.
Each lesson focuses on one personal value, supported by simple movement, safety awareness, and fun activities.

There’s no pressure to rush. You move at a pace that suits your child.

Step 3: Train Together at Home

Each session takes around 10 minutes a day and typically includes:

  • a simple physical movement or technique

  • a clear, age-appropriate safety idea

  • a short value-based lesson or story

  • a fun fitness game or activity

You train together, at home, in a relaxed and positive way.

Step 4: Build Confidence Through Repetition

Children don’t need complexity — they need repetition and encouragement.

By practising the same skills regularly:

  • confidence increases

  • coordination improves

  • focus and behaviour often improve naturally

Progress happens without pressure or overwhelm.

Step 5: Get Support When You Need It

You’re not expected to figure everything out on your own.

The program includes:

  • clear video guidance

  • printable resources and tracking sheets

  • optional check-ins and ongoing support

If you ever feel unsure, help is available.

What Your Child Will Learn

Through the Path Keepers Program, children develop:

  • simple, age-appropriate self-defence movements

  • practical safety awareness for everyday situations

  • core personal values such as respect, courage, focus, and integrity

  • improved balance, coordination, and confidence

  • a positive relationship with movement and exercise

Time Commitment & Age Range

  • Designed for children aged 5–12

  • Around 10 minutes a day

  • Most families complete the core program in around 90 days

  • Many notice positive changes much sooner

This isn’t about perfection — consistency is what matters.

Is This Right for Your Family?

Path Keepers works best for families who:

  • want to be actively involved in their child’s development

  • value confidence, behaviour, and safety alongside fitness

  • prefer learning together rather than drop-off classes

You don’t need to be sporty or confident — just willing to show up and try.
