The Path Keepers Program

My Story

In the video above, I share where this all began.

I didn’t grow up confident or sporty. My father passed away when I was very young, and for years I avoided anything I didn’t feel good at. What changed things wasn’t formal training or classes — it was time spent at home with family.

One of my older brothers involved me in simple games using whatever we had. It was informal, fun, and encouraging — and over time, it quietly built confidence, coordination, and belief.

Looking back, it wasn’t just about sport.
It was about having someone involved, guiding me, and helping keep me on a good path at an important stage of life.

Years later, through decades of martial arts training and teaching children, I saw the same thing again and again:

Children make the strongest progress when they practise at home with family or a trusted adult.

That simple truth became the foundation of the Path Keepers Program.

Path Keepers exists to give families a clear, structured way to stay involved — helping children build confidence, safety awareness, strong values, and positive habits, all in just a few minutes a day.
